Effective Date: July 1, 2025
Welcome to VPSGround.com, a service provided by Ilham Servers Limited. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Ilham Servers Limited, operating as VPSGround.com (the "Company").
All VPS and hosting services are billed on a recurring subscription basis. Invoices are generated prior to the start of the next billing cycle. If an invoice remains unpaid past the due date, a late fee will be applied to the account. Continued failure to pay will result in immediate service suspension.
Any attempt to dispute a valid charge or initiate a chargeback with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and all associated services. All data hosted on our servers will be scheduled for permanent deletion. The Client agrees to contact VPSGround.com support to resolve any billing discrepancies prior to opening a dispute with their financial institution.
Clients must use VPSGround.com services for lawful purposes only. Activities including, but not limited to, spamming, hosting malicious content, unauthorized network scanning, or network abuse will result in immediate termination without refund.
While Ilham Servers Limited may maintain system-level backups, the Client is strictly responsible for maintaining their own independent, off-site backups of their data. We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, client error, or service termination due to non-payment or AUP violations.
Clients may cancel their service at any time through the client portal. Because VPS resources are provisioned immediately, refunds are not provided for active billing cycles. Once a cycle has begun, no prorated refunds will be issued.
Ilham Servers Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of VPSGround.com following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
